Life according to K

There are two sides to K.  1) The wild and crazy needing to run and jump and bang into things side.  He can be a kid that throws a ball in your face if he hasn't had attention for awhile.  This side is the most prevalent when he is tired or has been cooped up all day.  2) The creative, introspective sits for hours entertaining himself side.  Throughout the summer, his thing was photography.  I love his little artistic self and seeing the world through his view.

So, when R. was born, his big brother gift was a camera.  It took about 2 weeks before our every waking moment was not captured in film.

Now, his new focus is drawing.  He asks for my Ipad and uses the microphone to google "monster drawings".  After he maxed out all drawing possibilities of monsters on the entire world wide web, he moved on to "scary things", and "star wars".  He made an entire gallery in the play room where we had to rank the drawings and then had to have a "done" folder to lessen the amount of paper forming a blanket on our floor.

Can't stop, won't stop drawing.  No sleep for the weary.

K. bo-- keep both sides to you.  You are the most amazingly creative yet active guy that I've ever met.  I am going to miss 4 year old K. in a few weeks but I can't wait to see what 5 year old K. will be like:)
